Bridge Street Development

The clients brief for this project was to create, at ground floor level, multiple retail spaces that would have the flexibility to be divided into smaller spaced if required by tenants, and at first floor level, 3 up market apartments. Extensive work was done with the BCA at the design stage to ensure the exterior of the building retained the architectural heritage of the original building.
