The client wanted a new home that took full advantage of the sun and the South West views over Pandora pond & estuary. The house was to include integral double garaging with workshop space, 3 bedrooms, ensuite and walk in wardrobe off the master bedroom, open plan living/dining/kitchen, a second living space that could be closed off from the other living spaces, outdoor living space off the main living area, and lots of storage space. Another requirement was to provide vehicle access to an additional double garage at the rear of the site.
