Westshore Residence
The clients brief was to design two unit residential building, one apartment for the land owner, the other for the client. The land owner and the client had their own brief but basically wanted similar layouts of garaging, secondary bedrooms and living space down stairs, with master bedroom and living spaces at first floor level to take full advantage of the extensive sea views of the beach front property. A low pitched wing style roof enabled the two storey structure to fit within the council building restrictions.
