The clients brief was to design a residential dwelling on the 2000m2 rural site incorporating open plan living/dining/kitchen, utilization of the north facing aspect to maximise the sun, 3 bedrooms, study, ensuite, formal entry, separate WC, children’s rumpus, double garaging and carport, and a tack room. The favoured materials of the clients were plywood and corrugate claddings and a mono-pitch style roof.
